New guests are required to complete a one-time consultation form before their first appointment request can be approved. This form includes your hair history, current hair photos, inspiration photos, service goals, and studio policies/acknowledgements.
This helps me make sure you are booked for the right service, that we have enough time for your appointment, and that all studio policies are reviewed before booking.
Returning guests do not need to complete a new form unless there have been major changes to your hair, health, color history, or service goals.
How It Works
1. Choose the service that feels closest to your goal
You do not have to know exactly what to book. Choose the service that feels closest to what you want, and I’ll review your form before approving your appointment.
2. Fill out the new guest form
After requesting your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a new guest form so I can properly prepare for your visit. This form will include current photos of your hair, inspiration photos, your hair goals, color history, any concerns you may have, and detailed studio policies for you to review and sign before your appointment.
3. I review your request
I’ll review your service request and new guest form before approving your appointment. If a different service, extra time, or a consultation-only appointment is needed, I’ll reach out before confirming.
4. Consultation at your first appointment
Every new guest appointment begins with an in-person consultation. We’ll go over your hair, your goals, your maintenance preferences, and what is realistic for your first visit.

Blonde or Brightness
Choose this if you want lived-in blonde, highlights, balayage-style brightness, a money piece, platinum, or a blonde refresh.
Start with:
The Beri Blonde, The Lived-In Refresh, The Face Frame Refresh, or The Studio Platinum.
Rich color, Gray Coverage, or Gloss
Choose this if you want brunette, copper, red, all-over color, dimensional color, gray coverage, or a gloss refresh.
Start with:
The Dimensional Color, The All Over Color, The Root Refresh, or The Tone & Glow
Haircut, Blowout, or Treatment
Choose this if you want a haircut, blowout, scalp reset, mineral detox, or treatment-focused styling appointment.
Start with:
The Studio Cut, The Essential Cut, The Studio Blowout, The Essential Blowout, or The Hard Water / Mineral Detox
Do You Need a Color Correction?
Sometimes, a guest’s hair needs more than a standard color, blonding, or toning service to safely reach their goal. This is considered a color correction.
A color correction may be needed if your hair has previous box dye, uneven color, banding, dark color buildup, unwanted warmth, multiple tones throughout the hair, or if you are wanting a major change from your current color.
Corrective color is very customized, and results can vary from guest to guest depending on your starting point, hair history, current hair health, and desired result.
In many cases, the final goal cannot be achieved in one appointment. Multiple sessions may be necessary to safely work toward your desired color while keeping the integrity of your hair a priority.
If your appointment is booked as a standard color or blonding service but requires a true color correction, your service will be upgraded accordingly at your appointment.

All appointments are request-based and must be approved before they are officially booked.
Beri Beauty Studio is a private, appointment-only home studio. For privacy and safety, the studio address is shared after your appointment is approved and confirmed.
Color results may take more than one session depending on your starting point, color history, hair integrity, and final goal.
Each color and blonding service includes a standard product allowance based on the service selected. Longer, thicker, dense, resistant, previously colored, or corrective hair may require additional product and/or time to complete the service properly. Because product needs are not always known until the service is in progress, additional product may be added to your final total when necessary.
